How a booking works

Most shows go from first call to signed contract in a few weeks. This is the order it happens in.

  1. Brief

    You tell us the date, venue, capacity, audience and all-in budget. We tell you what that buys in today's market.

  2. Offer

    We shortlist artists, place holds and send firm offers. You approve every number before it goes out.

  3. Contract & advance

    We negotiate the deal points, review the rider and advance production, travel and hospitality.

  4. Show night

    We're on site or on call through doors, set times and settlement.

Why the twelfth house

In astrology, the twelfth house rules everything that happens behind the scenes.

That's where we work. The crowd sees the headliner and the lights. We handle the offer, the contract, the budget and the hundred calls it took to get there.

Twelfth House was founded by Jordan Schulsinger to give buyers of every size agency-level relationships and a promoter's discipline, from a 500-cap club to a campus arena.
